Training in individual coaching

In addition, regular use of the debriefing method significantly increases team performance, and experiencing positive emotions increases our mental resilience, satisfaction and quality of life.

Completing the coaching training will not only provide you with a lot of evidence-based information that you can use in your personal and professional life, but more importantly it will develop your coaching skills. The training focuses primarily on the area of psychological coaching, where motivation and working with values are important topics, as well as emotions, their recognition and working with emotional intelligence.

In the course of the training we provide the participants with such amount of theoretical knowledge and practical skills that they can start using coaching professionally as soon as possible. We make sure to adhere to ethical principles and create an environment of trust and safety. The training focuses on a range of key competencies that can be applied even beyond the scope of coaching itself, such as active listening, questioning, self-knowledge, giving feedback and psychological reasoning in general. You will be guided through the training by Radvan Bahbouh, who has been actively involved in coaching for 25 years with expertise of more than 10,000 coaching hours and is accredited as a Level 3 Coach - Supervisor.

Our training in coaching is certified by EMCC, ICF and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. It consists of 80 hours of face-to-face teaching, combining theoretical sessions, practical exercises, group supervision in the form of Balint groups and peer-coaching. The training will provide you with the preparation required to successfully complete the Level 1 Coach Accreditation.

Training in team coaching and facilitation

Did you know that team coaching has a positive effect on the use of skills and knowledge of individual team members? Debriefing in a team increases the effectiveness of individuals by 16 % and the effectiveness of the whole team by 38%. Moreover, using the debriefing method in a team is one of the key competencies of a team coach.

The main goal of the training is to develop participants in team coaching skills. The training is intended for graduates of individual coaching training as well as for those who work with teams and want to deepen their skills. Research, both our own and from abroad, shows that teams that work on themselves through team coaching are more efficient, more aligned and therefore more effective in decision-making or adaptation to changes. And people are also happier in them. That's why our training focuses on a wide range of theoretical knowledge and practical skills so that participants can use coaching principles in leading teams, can solve team problems effectively and increase team performance, effectiveness and satisfaction.

The training in team coaching consists of 80 hours of face-to-face teaching, combining theoretical parts, practical exercises, group supervision in the form of Balint groups and team coaching in groups. 

The guarantor of the training is Radvan Bahbouh, who has been actively involved in coaching for 25 years and has coached more than. He has been coaching for more than 10,000 hours and represents the direction of psychological coaching in his field. He is accredited by the Czech Coaches Association as a Level 3 coach - supervisor.

Mindfulnes course

You can experience Mindfulness training with QED GROUP in the form of an 8-week MBCT-L (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Life) course, which we are able to deliver both in person and online for groups of up to 12 participants. Meetings are always once a week for 2 hours. The prerequisite for participation in the course is also mindfulness training at home, according to the instructions and recommendations.

We work with methodology from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre (a research and practice-oriented centre at Oxford University) and all our Mindfulness trainers have completed a 2-year training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy from the OMC under the guidance of Ruth Baer..

The programme is designed to be predominantly experiential and is based on the acquisition of formal practice, everyday attitudes and practices that become part of the normal activities of the day. At the end of the course, a certificate is sent to participants who complete at least 80% of the course. .

You can book a closed course (for one team or just employees of one company) or you can sign up for a public course, which we open once or twice a year. We can also run a Mindfulness experiential team building or workshop for you.

Who is the course suitable for? The course is suitable for those who want to significantly enhance their mental and physical health, mental well-being, experience of life and coping with difficult life situations, the quality of activities experienced as well as their work performance and also their impact on their immediate personal and work environment.

For individuals, the course can bring a conscious response to stimuli instead of being emotionally reactive, a deepening of engagement - personal involvement in one’s lives and a reduction in the experience of fear and related stress.

Teams that complete the programme can improve team performance in individual tasks or areas, communicate without conflict and at the same time resolve conflicts empathetically and constructively. The benefit of mindfulness training lies in the cultivation of working relationships and the emotions associated with them, which often significantly influence teamwork.
